2010-2014年锡林郭勒盟人间布鲁氏菌病监控情况

Epidemiological analysis of brucellosis in Xilin Gol League from 2010 to 2014

目的:了解锡林郭勒盟人间布鲁氏菌病发病的流行特征,为布鲁氏菌病防治提供科学的防治策略。方法:资料来自锡林郭勒盟疾控中心,将锡林郭勒盟地区布鲁氏菌病的发病情况进行统计分析。结果:2010-2014年锡林郭勒盟共报告9 858例新发病例,发病例数分别为3 411例、2 402例、1 992例、1 154例、899例,呈现逐年下降的趋势,发病率由2010年的342.01/10万下降到2014年的86.66/10万,年均下降28.32%。2010-2014年全盟共采集高危人群血清106 768份,其中阳性5 481份,阳性率为5.13%。新发病人1 908人,发病率为1.79%。患病3 861人,患病率为3.62%;从高危人群布病发病职业分布看,在5 481例病例中,牧民病例3 786例,占69.07%;农民1 294例,占23.61%。这两种职业人群病例共计5 080例,占总数的92.68%。且发病人群以20~69岁人群为主;全盟高危人群布病基本知识知晓率由73.64%上升到92.82%,布病危险因素知晓率由66.24%上升到89.96%,布病防治常识知晓率由67.23%上升到89.70%,总体知晓率由69.04%上升到90.50%。结论:2010-2014年锡林郭勒盟布鲁氏菌病发病呈现逐年下降的趋势,防控效果显著。

Objective：To explore epidemiologieal features of brucellosis in Xilin Col League, and to provide evidences for making control and prevention strategy. Methods： Data were from the Xilin Co1 League for Disease Control and Prevention Center and the incidence of brucellosis in Xilin Co1 League was analyzed. Results： There were 9858 human cases reported in 2010 -2014. There were 3411 cases in 2010, 2402 in 2011, 1992 in 2012, 1154 in 2013 and 899 in 2014, which showed a downward trend year by year. The incidence was reduced from 342.01/100000 in 2010 to 86.66/100000 in 2014, and the incidence of Brucellosis was decreased by 28.32 % in every year. There were 106 768 collected serum samples of high - risk groups from 2010 to 2014, in which 5481 were positive, with the positive rate at 5.13 %. New eases of the disease were 1 908, and the rate was 1.79%. Patients with brucellosis were 3861, and the prevalence rate was 3.62%. From the view of profession, in 5481 cases, herdsmen were 3 786, accounting for 69.07% ; farmers were 1294, accounting for 23.61%. The incidence of disease was dominated by 5080 cases of farmers and herdsmen, accounting for 92.68 %, and the incidence of the crowd mainly ranged from 20 to 69 year - old. The elementary knowledge awareness on brucellosis in residents increased from 73.64 % to 92.82 %, the risk factor awareness on brucellosis in residents increased from 66.24 % to 89.96 %, brucellosis prevention general knowledge in residents increased from 67.23 % to 89.70 %, and the percentage of knowledge about brucellosis was increased from 69. 04 % to 90.50 %. Conclusion： The incidence of brucellosis is decreasing year by year in Xilin Col League from 2010 to 2014, and prevention and control effect is remarkable.
