摘要
目的:探索自主学习能力的培养路径,树立教师教学生学的正确理念。方法:通过整群抽样法随机抽取临床医学专业688名学生为研究对象,利用卡方检验分析大学生的学习规律,进而探索自主学习培养路径。结果:学生的第3学期英语成绩及格率高于第1学期(χ~2=6.652,P=0.010),女生的及格率高于男生(χ~2=7.491,P=0.006),生理学成绩及格率高于人体解剖学(χ~2=136.066,P=0.000)。结论:学习动机、学习方法和自我评价是自主学习的重要影响因素,小班教学对自主学习能力的培养并没有起到决定性作用,由此探索培养自主学习能力的路径,以期推进教学改革转型发展。
Objective: To establish the correct idea of 'teacher teaching and student learning' based on the study of self-directed learning.Method: 688 students of clinical medicine specialty were selected as the research objects by cluster sampling method,and the chi-square was adopted to analyze the learning patterns of college students so as to explore the cultivation path of self-directed learning. Results: The English passing rate in the third term was higher than that in the first term( χ~2= 6. 652,P = 0. 010),and girls had a higher passing rate than boys( χ~2= 7.491,P = 0. 006); the passing rate of physiology was higher than that of anatomy( χ~2= 136. 066,P = 0. 000). Conclusion: Learning motivation,learning method,and self-evaluation are main influence factors in self-directed learning,and the small-class teaching is not crucial in the cultivation of self-directed learning. The research has explored the cultivation path of self-directed learning in order to propel the development of teaching reform.
