沈括首论“右肾命门相火”之刍议

相火一词首出《黄帝内经》(以下简称《内经》),当今大部分学者基本认为首论"右肾命门相火"之相火论者的是刘完素。故以《梦溪笔谈·卷七·象数一》中关于"唯北方有二,曰玄武,太阳水之气也;曰螣蛇,少阳相火之气也……在于人为肾,肾亦二,左太阳水,右为少阳相火"的论述为切入点,并结合其他与相火有关的文献,从"沈括首论‘右肾相火’"及"《梦溪笔谈》之右肾亦当属‘命门’"等方面论证首论"右肾命门相火"者当为沈括。

In general, many argue that Liu Wan-su firstly states ministerial fire,which coming from the Inner Carnon of Huangai, is stored in right kidney,whichis the gate of vitality. However, discussing in the Brush Talks from Dream Brook, Black Tortoise which is standing for water, and Tengshe which is standing for ministerial fire, are both located in north. And they are similar to our kidney. Therefore, our right kidney has the nature of fire, while the left one has the nature of water. According to the Brush Talks from Dream Brook which refers to the ministerial fire, I contend that the first one who states that ministerial fire is stored in right kidney, the gate of vitality is Shen kuo.
