基于关键词共现的健康坚韧性国外研究分析

The visualization analysis on foreign research hotspots of health related hardiness based on keywords co-occurrence method

目的分析国外健康坚韧性刊文情况以及其研究热点,为我国健康坚韧性领域的研究发展起到一定的启示和借鉴作用。方法运用文献计量学、共词分析和社会网络分析的方法,以Web of Science数据库收录的健康坚韧性论文作为统计源,分析国外发表文章的期刊、年代以及研究热点等方面的情况。结果健康坚韧性相关文献首次出现于2003年,2011年的文献发表量最高;刊载健康坚韧性相关论文最多、影响因子3以上的期刊有4种,分别是:《Depression and Anxiety》、《European Psychiatry》、《International Journal of Nursing Studies》和《Psycho-Oncology》;经Uci Net社会网络化分析,健康坚韧性研究领域中的核心是健康坚韧性、恢复力和压力。可视化分析显示,与"健康坚韧性"共现次数较多的关键词有"压力"、"恢复力"、"护理"、"应对"和"护士",说明国外健康坚韧性领域的研究热点集中于护理范畴,体现在恢复力、压力和应对方式等问题上。结论基于共词分析和社会网络分析方法的国外健康坚韧性研究领域热点分析有助于了解目前国外健康坚韧性领域的研究热点问题,对我国该领域的研究起到一定的借鉴作用。

Objective To analyze foreign research hotspots and publications on health related hardiness and provide a reference and enlightenment for researching on health related hardiness in China. Methods The articles about health related hardiness of Web of Science database were analyzed by using methods of bibliometrics, co-words analysis and social network analysis from the aspects of journals, time and hotspots. Results The first article about health related hardiness was published in 2003 and the largest number of articles were published in 2011. There were 4 main journals which had more than 3 Impact Factor： Depression and Anxiety, European Psychiatry, International Journal of Nursing Studies and Psycho- Oncology. The centers of researching on health related hardiness were health related hardiness, resilience and stress by Uci- Net social network analysis. The visualization analysis showed the keywords which had many co-occurrence times with health related hardiness were ＂stress＂, ＂resilience＂, ＂nursing＂, ＂coping＂ and ＂nurses＂ . It explained that foreign hotspots mainly focused on hardiness, resilience and stress of the nursing field. Conclusion The analysis of foreign research hotspots on health related hardiness based on co-words analysis and social network analysis can help us to know about foreign research hotspots on health related hardiness and provide a reference for the same research field in China.
