摘要
建立了用艾士卡试剂灰化熔解煤试样,水溶解全氯,电位滴定法测定煤中氯的方法。采用累积平滑方法消除电位滴定一阶导数曲线多峰和畸形的干扰,采用多试样合并增大试样量,提高了测定的灵敏度。方法精密度高,相对标准偏差10%以下,检出下限0.005%,操作简便,结果准确,适用于煤中氯的测定。
A determination method for chlorine in coal by potential titration was established. The coal sample was ashing by Eschka reagent and total chlorine dissolved in acid to determinate with potential titration. The cumulative smoothing method is used to eliminate the interference of multiple peaks and deformity of the first derivative curve of potential titration,and the sensitivity of the determination is improved by using multi-sample combination to increase the sample size. The precision was RSD less than 10%,Limit of detection was 0.005%,measuring range was above 0.005%. The operation was simple and with accurate results. All the technical items conform to related requirements of determination of chlorine in coal.
