平行进口商品风险治理研究

Research on Risk Governance of Parallel Import Commodity

针对我国当前平行进口商品的风险问题开展研究,梳理了在知识产权、贸易流通、认证领域对平行进口的3种不同定义,运用风险治理理论,分析了平行进口商品在市场秩序、知识产权、产品质量责任等领域存在的风险,并给出相应的治理措施建议。

In this paper,the authors focus on the risk of parallel imports commodities in China,study the three different definitions of parallel imports in the field of intellectual property rights,trade circulation and certification. Based on the theory of risk governance,the authors analyze the risks of parallel import commodities of China in market order,intellectual property rights,product quality responsibility and other areas,and give their suggestions on the appropriately governance measures.
