摘要
海洋是地球系统的重要组成部分,对全球变化的贡献和调控作用越来越受到重视。目前用于全球变化研究的海洋环境数据产品普遍存在近海和深海数据量少、时空分辨率低、可靠性和信噪比差以及生物化学参数更加稀少、缺乏成熟产品等问题。针对这些问题本研究提出了以数据准备、数据加工、产品制作为核心工作内容的海洋环境变化关键参数数据产品研制方案。提出研究的首要任务是开展数据融合技术研发,进行多源数据整合和数据源建设;进而进行数据处理的共性技术以及不同参数的差异化技术研发,开展海洋水体物理要素数据产品、海面环境参数数据产品、生化环境参数数据产品研发;同时针对不同环境参数的数据特点,设计共性功能和差异化功能兼备的数据管理系统,拓展数据管理能力和数据产品影响力。最终发展具有区域优势、性能指标优势、技术方法先进且具有普适性的海洋环境参数数据产品,为全球变化研究提供技术和数据支撑。
The ocean is an important part of the earth system, and its contribution to global change and its regulatory role are becoming more and more important.At pres-ent,there are many problems with marine environmen-tal data products which are used for global change re-search, such as few offshore and deep sea data, low temporal resolution, poor reliability and signal to noise ratio,as well as biochemical parameters are lack of ma-ture products.In order to solve these problems,this pa-per puts forward the development plan of key parameter data product of marine environment change with data preparation, data processing and product production as the core work content.The primary task of the research is to develop data fusion technology, and to integrate multi-source data and data source construction,then fo-cus on the research and development of common tech-nology like standardization, quality control, grid, and differentiated technology such as data correction, pa-rameter optimization, and so on.After these studies,the research will focus on the marine water physical ele-ments data products, sea environmental parameters of data products,biochemical environmental parameters of product development.Meanwhile,the data management system of common function and differentiated function is designed for the data characteristics of different environ-mental parameters, which can be used to enlarge the data management ability and the influence of data prod-ucts.Finally, this study will develop marine environ-mental parameter data products with regional advanta-ges,performance advantages,advanced technical meth-ods and universal,and provide technical and data sup-port for global change research.
