摘要
受到"5.12"汶川特大地震、"4.20"芦山地震的影响,我国西部龙门山区泥石流等地质灾害进入了一轮高发期,特别是震区小流域暴雨泥石流,防范难度之大、破坏性之强,地质灾害的防灾形式前所未有。作者通过对四川省成都市域内的几次重大流域性泥石流地质灾害的分析研究,总结了震后小流域暴雨泥石流的发育特征,提出震后小流域地质灾害防治的新思路。
Due to the impact of the "5. 12" Wenchuan earthquake and the "4.20" Lushan earthquake, debris flow and other geological disasters in Longmen mountain area in Western China have entered a period of high incidence. Especially in the small watershed of the earthquake--stricken area, it is very difficult to prevent the storm debris flow, so the disaster prevention form of geological disaster is unprecedented. The author summarizes the charac- teristics of the development of storm debris flow in the small watershed after the earthquake, and puts forward a new idea to prevent and control the geological disasters in the small watershed after the earthquake.
