公路桥梁预应力混凝土管桩基础承载力研究 被引量:14

摘要 预应力混凝土管桩具备承载力高,造价低廉等诸多优势被广泛应用于桥梁工程。本文从试验及数值模拟两方面对单桩承载力研究,通过试验与模拟数据对比分析得出以下几点结论:采用压重平台法设计并进行了单桩承载力静力试验,得到φ500 mm管桩竖向极限承载力Qu=4 000 kN,φ600 mm管桩竖向极限承载力Qu=7400 kN;φ600 mm管桩破坏是由于混凝土达到极限受压承载力,可在设计阶段适当提高混凝土强度等级以增大管桩极限承载力;通过模拟值与试验值沉降量对比可知模拟值略小于试验值,这是由于没有考虑地下水以及各个施工因素对管桩沉降的影响,属于系统误差,模拟值与试验值变化趋势一致证明了模拟结果具备一定合理性。 Prestressed concrete pipe pile has many advantages,such as high bearing capacity,low cost and so on. It is widely used in bridge engineering. This paper from the two aspects of the experiment and Numerical Simulation Research on bearing capacity of single pile,by comparing with the simulation test data analysis the following conclusions: the pressure platform design method and the static test of single pile bearing capacity,Qu = 4 000 kN vertical ultimate bearing capacity of 500 mm pile,the bearing capacity of Qu = 7 000 kN 600 mm pipe pile 600 mm pile failure limit; the concrete reaches the limit bearing capacity,in the design stage appropriate to improve the strength grade of concrete to increase the pile ultimate bearing capacity; the simulation value is smaller than the experimental value of settlement compared with the test value through the simulation results,this is due to not considering the groundwater and various construction factors on pile settlement,which belongs to the system error,the simulation value the same trend with the experimental values proves that the simulation results have certain rationality.
