湖南省干线公路大修改造典型路面结构研究

Study on The Typical Pavement Structure of The Major Highway Overhaul In Hunan Province

通过对湖南省干线公路广泛调研,分析路面早期病害产生的主要原因。根据国内外路面设计方法及湖南省的路面使用经验,初步拟定3种路面结构组合。采用有限元软件对路面结构应力、应变等指标进行力学分析,同时结合经济性,推荐了适应不同交通等级、不同地基强度等级的干线公路大修路面典型结构方案,并进行了实体工程验证。研究成果对提高干线公路大修路面结构耐久性具有指导意义。

Through extensive investigation and study on trunk highway in Hunan Province, the main reasons for the early diseases of pavement are analyzed. According to the pavement design method at domestic and abroad and the experience of the use of the pavement in Hunan Province, the combination of the three types of pavement structure is initially proposed. Finite element software is used to analyze the stress and strain of pavement structure, at the same time, combined with the economy, it is recommend to adapt to different traffic levels, different ground strength grade of trunk road major highway overhaul of the typical structure of the project, and, physical engineering verification was carried out. The research results have guiding significance for improving the durability of the pavement structure of main road.
