基于谱系数聚类的路面空隙率分布特性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 沥青混合料的空隙率是评价沥青路面摊铺效果的重要指标,是路面QA/QC评价系统的重要参数。国内外对路面空隙率分布对路面质量评价做出了大量的研究,但未对路面空隙率的检测长度、路面离析的类型对评价结果的影响作出定量的研究,建立起检测长度与路面空隙率分布之间的数学模型,研究了路面空隙率检测长度对路面质量评价结果的影响,并首次提出基于谱系数模糊聚类方法对沥青路面的离析类型展开研究的想法。研究表明:当路面空隙率检测长度为一车混合料摊铺长度x2时,评价结果最为合理;谱系数聚类法能对条状离析、块状离析、非离析进行精准的判断,并对原离析判定标准给出了修正建议。 The compactness of asphalt mixture is the key indicators to evaluate the pavement quality. It' s also an important parameter of pavement QA/QC evaluate system. Many specialist have researched the pavement quality evaluation of void fraction distribution,But there are little research about the influence of the detect length to the void fraction distribution,and also had little research about the pavement segregation type. This thesis established the model of the test length and the void fraction distribution. Studied the influence of test length to the pavement void fraction distribution. And used fuzzy clustering method to judge the type of asphalt pavement segregation. The result showed that when the test length is the double length of the a car material paving length,the evaluate result is the most reasonable;Clustering method of coefficient can judge the segregation effectively. And provide more reasonable suggestion to the standards of segregation though the research.
