论述了湿法磷酸生产装置的腐蚀原因,比较了几种磷酸装置常用耐腐蚀材质的优劣及应用情况,介绍了半水-二水磷酸装置的腐蚀特点,总结了国内外半水-二水磷酸装置耐腐蚀性管道选材的实践经验,并提出了除管线选材外其他的防腐方法。

This paper discusses and compares the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of corrosion resistant materials in phosphate acid plant and corresponding applications. The reasons for hemi-dihydrate process phosphoric acid plant corrosion are explained. Practical experiences in selecting corrosion resistant pipes in China and other countries are summarized. The paper also brings out other corrosion-resistant methods besides proper pipeline selection.
