摘要
原天溪煤制油项目采用加压灰熔聚流化床气化技术为气头生产甲醇,进而制油,在原料不变、全烧晋城三高煤的工况下,以航天粉煤加油气化技术进行替代,改造原净化装置,对改造思路、具体方案,及改造后的综合能耗、改造时间及运行效果进行了介绍和比较,改造后甲醇产量由18万t/a提高到了35万t/a,投资少,效益明显,达到了预期改造目标和效果。
The TianXi coal oil project originally adopts a pressurized ash agglomerating fluidized bed gasification technology for gas production of methanol and oil. Late the pulverized coal gasification technology in aerospace is adopted to transform the original purification plant under the condition of original raw material (Jincheng Three) and working condition. The transformation method and detailed plan are introduced while the comprehensive energy consumption, transformation time as well as the operation effects before/after the transformation are compared.
