集束化鼻饲护理预防喉切除患者胃部不适

Nasogastric feeding care bundles prevent stomach discomfort for patients undergoing laryngectomy

目的探讨集束化鼻饲护理预防喉切除患者胃部不适的效果。方法将117例喉切除患者随机分为观察组59例和对照组58例。对照组给予常规鼻饲护理,观察组给予集束化鼻饲护理,包括胃管的选择、鼻饲液的选择、鼻饲体位、鼻饲方式与鼻饲速度、胃残留量监测。结果观察组恶心呕吐、胃胀气、烧灼感发生率显著低于对照组,且留置胃管时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论采用集束化鼻饲护理措施能有效预防喉切除患者术后胃部不适,缩短胃管留置时间,促进患者舒适。

Objective To explore the effect of nasogastric feeding care bundles on preventing stomach discomfort for patients undergoing laryngectomy. Methods Totally 117 patients undergoing laryngectomy were randomized into an observation group （n= 59） and a control group （n= 58）. The control group was given conventional nasogastric feeding, while the observation group received nasogastric feeding care bundies, which included selection of nasogastric tube, fluid selection, feeding position, feeding methods and speed, gastric residual volume monitoring. Results The incidence of nausea vomiting, gastric distention and burning sensation of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and gastric tube indwelling days was significantly shorter than that of the control group （P〈0.05, P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Nasogastric feeding care bundles can effectively prevent stomach discomfort for patients undergoing laryngectomy, shorten gastric tube indwelling time, and promote their comfort.
