摘要
目的探究同质医疗工作模式对护士学习与工作主动性的影响。方法以20名护士为研究对象,采用同质医疗工作模式1年后进行工作能力与质量的评价。结果实施同质医疗后护士专科理论、基础理论考试得分、论文发表篇数,业务学习出勤率、护理质量评价及患者满意评分显著高于实施前(均P<0.01)。结论同质医疗工作模式能够有效地激发护士工作、学习的主动性,提高工作能力及护理质量,进而提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of homogenous medical work model on nurses' learning and working initiative. Methods A total of 20 nurses were taken as participants, and their working ability and quality were evaluated after implementation of homogenous medical work model for 1 year. Results After implementation of homogenous medical work, nurses' exam score of specialized theory, basic theory, number of published articles, attendance of vocational studies, nursing quality evaluation and patient satisfaction were significantly higher than those before implementation (P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion Homogeneous medical work model can effectively motivate nurse' working and learning initiative, enhance their working ability and nursing quality, then improve patient satisfaction.
