摘要
烧结圆筒粘料是行业内普遍存在的问题,九钢对东区2×180 m2烧结机混合圆筒粘料的原因进行分析,结合自身生产特点有针对性地进行设备改造和工艺调整,最终通过采取强化石灰粉消化与混合料加水前移等控制措施,杜绝了混合、制粒圆筒粘料。
Material sticking on the sintering drum is a common probtem in the industry. The reason for mixed cylinder banding is analysed for 2 × 180 m2 sintering machine in eastern region of Pingxiang Steel. Equipment modification and process adjustment are carried out combined with their own production characteristics. Finally, the mixing cylinder banding are completely eradicated by taking the control measures of strengthening the lime digesting and advancing feed water process.
