摘要
介绍KR脱硫工序使用石灰石代替石灰进行铁水预处理的生产实践。经理论分析与试验研究得出:使用石灰石不但显著降低了脱硫剂的吨铁消耗,提高了脱硫比,避免了铁水入炉温度高对冶炼操作的影响,而且获得了明显的经济效益和社会效益。
The manufacture practice of KR - process desulfurization by using limestone instead of lime is introduced in Xin- steel. The theoretical analysis and experimental study show that: the use of limestone not only significantly reduced the consumption of desulphurizer, but also increased the desulfurization ratio. It avoided the influence of high incharging temperature of hot melted iron on smelting operation, and obvious economic is achieved.
