双蓄热式加热炉换向阀应用优化

摘要 针对新钢高速棒材生产线双蓄热式加热炉换向阀在使用中出现的侧阀板密封圈损坏、换向阀阀杆与箱体间漏煤气、阀杆变形卡死、换向阀开关不到位、管道内壁的锈蚀物堵塞三联件或是气源管路以及阀杆与阀板的连接方式在设计上存在缺陷等问题,采取了严格控制炉温、定期更换阀杆密封圈、增加隔热材料及优化换向阀结构等措施,减少了换向阀的故障率,提高了换向阀的安全运行可靠性。 Aiming at the problems occurs in use of reversing valve of double regenerative reheating furnace in the high speed wire rob production line, like: damaged sealing ring of side valve plate, gas leakage betweem the valve stem and body, valve rod de- formation stuck, reversing valve switch is not in place, FRL block caused by inner wall rust, design defects for gas source pipeline and connection of valve rod with the valve plate, measures are taken to reduce the valve failure rate, such as : strict furnace temperature sys- tem, regular replacement of valve stem seal, increasing heat insulation material and optimizing structure of reversing valve regular re- placement of the valve stem seals, increase the insulation and optimization of valve structure and other, to improve the reliability of safe operation of the valve.
