Currently, turnover of core employees has been quite higher among bus businesses, which became a quite common problem for the industry. This article took G Company as example to discuss about techniques and methods of how the businesses prevent from losing these key staff, hoping to shine some light on the study and practice of executives and scholars of the industry.
