基于吡啶-2,6-二甲酸的十三核钴(Ⅱ)配合物{[Co_(13)(PYDC)_(16)(H_2O)_(24)]·14H_2O}^(6-)的合成和结构

摘要 在乙醇-水溶剂中,吡啶-2,6-二甲酸与CoCl2·6H2O反应,合成一个由{Co(II)(H2O)4[Co(II)(PYDC)2]2}2-(A)和[(PYDC)2Co(II)2(H2O)5](B)及[Co(II)(PYDC)2]2-(C)构筑的钴(II)配合物,{[Co13(PYDC)16(H2O)24]·14H2O}6-(PYDC为吡啶2,6-二甲酸根),IR和X-射线衍射表征分子结构,该配合物晶体属三单斜晶系,空间群P-1,晶胞参数:a=1.556 7(3)nm,b=1.574 1(4)nm,c=1.638 2(4)nm,$=86.068(12),%=69.026(11),β=76.402(12)°,V=3.665 8(15)nm3,Z=1,Dc=1.854g/cm3,M r=4 092.36,μ(MoKα)=1.558mm-1,F(000)=2 075,R1=0.043 7,wR2=0.108 6[对I>2σ(I)的衍射]和R1=0.051 0,wR2=0.114 5(对所有的衍射)。中心钴(II)离子与配基氧、氮原子配位形成六配位变形八面体构型。 A tridecanuclear cobalt(Ⅱ)complex,{[Co13(PYDC)16(H2 O)24]·14 H2 O}6-consists of 2[Co(II)(PYDC)2],4[(PYDC)Co(II)(PYDC)Co(H2 O)5]2-and {Co(II)(H2 O)4[Co(II)(PYDC)2]2}2-(PYDC= pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate)has been synthesized by the reaction of the pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid with CoCl2·6 H2 O in the the ethanol-water solvent.The molecular structure was characterized by IR and X-ray diffraction.The crystal is triclinic,space group P-1 with a=1.556 7(3),b=1.574 1(4),c=1.638 2(4)nm,α=86.068(12),γ=69.026(11),β= 76.402(12)°,V=3.665 8(15)nm3,Z=1,Dc=1.854 g/cm3,Mr=4 092.36,μ(MoKα)= 1.558 mm-1,F(000)=2 075,R1=0.043 7,wR2=0.108 6[I2σ(I)]and R1=0.051 0,wR2=0.114 5(all the data).In the structure the Co(II)ion is six-coordinated to formed a distorted octahedron.
