Study on Ecological System and Mechanism Construction of Deep Cooperation between University and Enterprise in Local Undergraduate Colleges

通过访谈、调研,利用模糊综合评价法,确定校企合作制约因子权重,明确校企合作各方的关系、地位和作用,构建以"产教科深度融合"为核心、"政府主导、市场驱动、校企主体"的可持续发展校企深度合作生态系统;建立和完善校企合作工作机制、激励机制、约束机制和保障机制等运行机制,确保可持续发展校企合作生态系统发挥生态功能。

Through interviews,researches and by making use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the cooperation restriction factor weights are determined and the relationship between the cooperation of all parties,the status and the functions are cleared.The construction of the local universities and enterprises cooperation ecosystem should take＂the depth of integration of production and education and scientific research＂as the core.The sustainable development of the ecological cooperation should be the system of＂government led,market driven and the school-enterprise main body＂.We should establish and improve the mechanism of cooperation,incentive,restraint,security and operation to ensure the ecological system of sustainable development of school-enterprise cooperation and give full play to the ecological function.
