The analysis of related factors for coronary artery stenosis severity in CHD patients

摘要 目的探讨冠心病患者冠脉病变程度的影响因素。方法选取经冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病患者114例。采用病变血管数目和冠状动脉病变评分(Gensini)评价冠状动脉病变程度。结果随病变血管支数的增加,合并高血压和(或)糖尿病患者的比例显著增加;Gensini积分水平与低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平、心电图ST-T缺血改变和高血压呈独立正相关,与血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_3)水平呈独立负相关。结论 LDL-C、高血压和心电图ST-T缺血改变是冠心病患者冠脉病变严重程度的独立危险因素,FT_3是其独立保护因素,且合并高血压和(或)糖尿病的冠心病患者更容易出现多血管病变。 Objective To explore the related factors for coronary artery stenosis severity in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods One hundred and fourteen CHD patients diagnosed as coronary angiography were selected. The narrowed branch numbers and Gensini score were used to evaluate the coronary artery stenosis severity. Results The ratio of patients with hyperten- sion and (or) DM increased with the increasing of the branch numbers of narrowed coronary artery. C, ensini scores were positively correlated with hypertension, LDL - C level and ischemic changes of ST - T in ECG but were negatively correlated with the level of FT3. Conduslon LDL - C, hypertension and ischemic changes of ST - T in ECG are independent risk factors for coronary artery stenosis severity in CHD patients and those who are with hypertension and (or) DM are more likely to have multivessel disease.
