基于Flexsim的制造业仓储系统仿真

Simulation Research on Warehousing System of Manufacturing Industry Based on Flexsim

研讨制造业的仓储系统。首先,对Flexsim软件进行基本介绍;其次,以制鞋工厂为例,通过收集其仓储系统数据,利用Flexsim软件建立鞋子仓储系统的仿真模型,运行并分析仿真的输出结果;最后,找出鞋子仓储系统存在的瓶颈,并提出相应的建议,不断优化,找到最优的策略。仿真结果表明,基于Flexsim的仿真方法能够对制造业仓储系统进行有效规划,提高仓储系统的运作效率。

This paper mainly studies the warehousing system of manufacturing industry. First of all, the Flexsim software is introduced in detail. Secondly, taking the shoe factory as an example, the simulation model of the shoe storage system is established by using the flexsim software, and the output of the simulation is analyzed. Finally, finding the bottleneck of shoes storage system, and putting forward corresponding suggestions to optimize, finding the optimal the strategy. The simulation results show that the Flexsim based simulation method can effectively plan the manufacturing warehouse system and improve the operation efficiency of the warehouse system.
