摘要
应用绩效、绩效考评等理论,采用层次分析和关键绩效指标等考评方法,以开滦唐山中润煤化工有限公司为例,提出了煤化工企业中层管理人员绩效考评体系及实施流程的设计方法,指出了绩效考评应注意的问题。
The author adopted analytic hierarchy process and key performance indicators by using application performance, performance evaluation and other theories, took Kailuan Zhongrun Company as an example, put forward middle managers performance evaluation system and the design method of the implementation process in coal chemical industrial enterprises, and pointed out the problems that should pay more attention on performance appraisal.
