充填开采覆岩变形监测及控制效果影响因素分析 被引量:5

摘要 基于唐山矿矸石充填综采工作面工程背景,通过现场监测分析了矸石充填减沉控制效果,建立覆岩变形力学模型,并对覆岩变形影响规律进行分析。研究结果表明,覆岩达到稳定时,充填体的支撑作用明显限制了覆岩运动,矸石压缩高度约占充填高度的12%;充填开采条件下,覆岩发生明显离层破坏的高度约占采高的6倍,岩层开裂性破坏集中发生在采空区后方80m范围内;通过降低充填前欠接顶量和提高充填体地基系数可显著降低覆岩沉降量。 Based on the engineering background of fully mechanized backfilling mining face with gangue of Tangshan Mine, through the field observation and theoretical analysis method, the control effect of gangue backfilling and sedimentation reduction was analyzed, a mechanical model of overlying rock deformation was built up and the laws of overlying rock strata deformation effect were analyzed. Research results Showed that when the overlying rock was stable, the support effect of the gangue obviously confined the movement of overlying Strata, the height of gangue was about 12% of the height of backfilling. Under the condition of backfilling mining, the height of overlying strata was about 6 times as high as the height of the overburden. The cracking fail- ure of rock strata was concentrated in 80 meter area behind the gob. Reducing the non-backfilling account before backfilling and increasing the coefficient of gangue foundation could significantly reduce the amount of overlying strata settlement.
