井筒地面预注浆在汉水泉三号煤矿风井中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 汉水泉三号煤矿地层条件复杂,风井基岩段侏罗系地层预测涌水量25.62m3/h,为了避免西部地区中生代地层凿井时的涌水涌砂问题,借鉴中东部地区井筒施工经验,采用井筒地面预注浆技术对风井基岩段侏罗系地层中下部进行治理。结合以往井筒注浆经验和行业标准,进行了风井侏罗系地层注浆设计,根据现场施工情况,总结了注浆压力、注浆量、吸水率等参数,对风井中生代侏罗系地层注浆质量进行了分析,为地面预注浆技术在西部中生代地层中的应用提供了依据。 Hanshuiquan No, 3 Coal Mine had complex formation conditions, and the predicted water inflow of shaft bedrock section of the Jurassic strata was 25.62 m3/h. In order to avoid the water burst and sand gushing problems when shaft sinking in Mesozoic stratum in western area, using shaft construction experience in mid-east area as reference, ground pre-grouting technol- ogy was applied to control the lower middle part of Jurassic stratum at air shaft bedrock section. Combined with previous shaft grouting experiences and industry standard, the air shaft grouting scheme was designed, and according to the construction condi- tions, the grouting pressure, grouting amount, water absorption rate and other parameters were summarized, and the grouting quality was analyzed, which provided the basis for the application of ground pre-grouting technology in western Mesozoic stratum.
