摘要
石油化工产品已难以满足工业和民用领域日益增长的需要,煤液化产品作为一种替代燃料已引起人们广泛的关注。考虑到煤在转化反应中含氧化合物的重要作用,使用二维气相色谱、高分辨率质谱仪、核磁共振仪以及紫外可见分光光度计来定量分析石脑油和粗汽油馏分中的氧含量,羧酸的烷基化程度可以通过高分辨率质谱仪和核磁共振仪测出。试验结果表明,石脑油和粗汽油中酚类、醇类和酮类化合物中的氧均能定量测出,还能定性检测出呋喃和羧酸,这对进一步研究煤液化产物提质加工、脱除氧杂原子以及降低芳香度,提高液化油质量具有重要意义。
Since the petrochemicals were hard to meet the increasing demand of industrial and civil field, coal liquefaction products had received extensive attention as a kind of alternative fuel. Considering the important role of oxygenated compounds in coal conversion reactions, two-dimensional gas chromatography, high resolution mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer were applied to analyze the oxygen content in naphtha cut and gasoil cut, and the alkyla- tion degree of carboxylic acids could be measured by high resolution mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance. The ex- perimental results show that the oxygen content in phenolic compounds, alcohols and ketones can be measured quantitativily, the furan and carboxylic acid are detected qualitatively also. It is important for further research on coal liquefaction product quality processing, removing oxygen and lower aromaticity.
