摘要
对澳大利亚、加拿大、中国、日本、俄罗斯、韩国、中国台湾、美国等APEC经济体,以及ISO、CAC等国际标准化组织的小麦标准进行了收集和分析研究,对比分析了小麦标准中质量技术指标、检验方法和重要指标要求的差别,提出了能够反映小麦最终用途的分类方法等建议。
Wheat quality standards of Australia, Canada, the People's Republic of China, Japan, Rus- sia, Republic of Korea, Chinese Taipei, the United States and other APEC economies, and of Interna- tional Organization for Standardization (ISO) and Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC) were analyzed to compare the differences of quality indexes, test methods and requirements of important factors in the standards. Some suggestions were proposed for classification of wheat according to the usages.
