湖北省健康管理试点的模式及特点分析

为深化医改,解决重医疗、轻预防的问题,探索建立以健康管理理念为指引的具有湖北特色的健康管理体系,湖北省从2013年开始进行了健康管理的试点改革。经过几年的改革和实践,各地摸索出了一些经验和模式。从试点推行的动力和推手来看,可以分为政府推动的健康管理模式、卫生系统推动的健康管理模式、健康管理服务提供方推动的健康管理模式、医疗保险推动的健康管理模式、其他社会力量推动的健康管理模式等。这些模式都有其自身的特点和路径依赖,文章对此进行了分析,期望对健康管理工作的发展有所帮助。

In order to deepen medical reform, we should solve the problem of heavy medical care and light prevention, ex- plore a health management system with the characteristics of Hubei guided by the concept of health management. Since 2013, Hubei province has carried out the pilot reform of health management. After several years of reform and practice, some experiences and patterns have been explored. From the impetus and push hands of the pilot, it can be divided into health management model promo- ted by the government, health management model promoted by the health system, health management model promoted by the pro- vider of health management services health management model of medical insurance participation, and health management model promoted by other social forces etc. These models have their own characteristics and path dependence, this article has carried on a- nalysis to this, and expect to have help to the health management work development.
