社会精准治理视角下精准健康扶贫机制的构建

Construction of Precision Health Poverty Alleviation Mechanism from Perspective of Social Precise Governance

贫困是影响我国农村人口生活水平的重要原因,而健康问题则是导致贫困的主要因素之一。本文基于社会精准治理理论的内涵,提出从精准识别、资源精准管理、精准保障、精准考核评价、社会精准参与5个方面构建精准健康扶贫机制,以期为精准健康扶贫政策的制定提供参考。

Poverty is an important factor that hinders the development of our country＇s economy and society, and health is one of the main causes of poverty. Based on the connotation of social precise governance theory, this article constructs the precise health poverty alleviation mechanism from five aspects including precise recognition, precise management of resources, precise guarantee, precise evaluation and social precise participation, in order to provide decision-making basis for accurate health poverty alleviation policy.
