摘要
目的:了解银行职员职业倦怠现状及其与社会支持、主观幸福感之间的关系,为降低职业人群职业倦怠及提升幸福感策略的制定提供依据。方法:采用职业倦怠量表、领悟社会支持量表和中国城市居民主观幸福感量表,对1464名银行职员进行调查。结果:银行职员职业倦怠检出率为57.5%,情绪衰竭、玩世不恭和低职业效能的检出率分别为40.6%、29.2%和18.1%。不同性别、学历、职位银行职员职业倦怠检出率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。职业倦怠与社会支持、主观幸福感存在负相关关系。社会支持在情绪衰竭、玩世不恭、低职业效能与主观幸福感间均存在间接中介效应。结论:银行职员职业倦怠问题突出;职业倦怠对主观幸福感有直接影响,并通过社会支持产生间接影响。
Objective: To know the job burnout status and its relationship with social support and subjective well-being among bank employees, to provide a basis for job burnout control and subjective well-being improving of occupational population. Meth- (Ms: A total of 1464 bank employees were surveyed by the Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey, Perceived Social Support Scale and Subjective Well-being Scale for Chinese Citizens. Results: The rate of bank employees" job burnout was 57.5%, the rate of emotional exhaustion, cynicism and professional inefficacy was 40.6%, 29.2% and 18.1% respectively. There were significant differences in the rate of job burnout among different genders, educational backgrounds, job positions bank employees (P〈O.05). The relation between burnout and social support as well as subjective well-being was negative. The three dimensions of job burnout through the mediating role of social support affected subjective well-being. Conclusion: Job burnout problem is serious among bank employees, and it has direct influence on subjective well-being and indirect influence through social support.
