摘要
目的:调查江苏省医药卫生类高职院教师企业实践的现状,为提高高职学校的教学质量提供参考。方法:自行设计问卷,对江苏省内6所医药卫生类高职院(或专业)中专业教师的企业实践情况进行调查。结果:40岁以下的青年教师占70%,83.1%无行业工作经历。有60.1%认为开展企业实践是升职称的需要,66.5%认为能提高教学能力以及92.1%认为可以提升专业水平。不愿参加的原因主要是教学任务重,缺乏相应的考评和激励。结论:江苏省医药卫生类高职教师企业实践存在师资队伍年轻化及缺乏相应的工作经历,学校相关政策不完善,教师对企业实践内涵理解不深,应积极制定对应的措施以提高企业实践质量。
Objective: To investigate the current situation of professional practice of full-time teachers in Jiangsu medical and health vocational college, and to analyze the existing problems and the reasons, in order to provide reference for improving the teaching quality of high vocational colleges. Methods: The 462 full-time teachers at 6 medical and health high vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province were selected to answer the professional practice questionnaire. Results: Nearly 70% of the teachers surveyed were young teachers under 40 years old, and 83.1% had no experience in the pharmaceutical industry. 74.2% respondents believed that it was necessary to carry out enterprise practice, of which 60.1% were considered to be the need for professional titles, 66.5% thought that teaching ability can be improved, and 92.1% believed that professional level can be improved. The reasons unwilling to participate mainly were their onerous teaching task and the lack of appropriate economic incentives. Conclusion: The professional practice of full-time teachers of medical and health vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province have problems such as younger teachers and lack of relevant work experience, lack of policy support, comprehension deviation in vocational education. We should develop the corresponding measures to improve the quality of professional practice.
