科研工作者知识利用行为的影响因素和形成路径分析——基于自主需要、归属需要和能力需要的多维视角 被引量:1

Analysis on the Influencing Factors and Formation Path of Researchers' Knowledge Utilization Behavior——From the Multi-Perspective of Autonomy, Relatedness and Competence Needs

摘要 以基本心理需要理论为研究框架,从自主需要、归属需要和能力需要等分析视角出发,深入剖析科研工作者知识利用行为的内部动机,可提出相应的研究假设和理论模型。对于该模型,可利用SmartPLS 2.0,以科技引文行为这一类典型的知识利用行为为研究情境。采取情境实验结合问卷访谈的方法收集552份有效问卷数据进行检验,结果显示,任务重要性正向影响愉悦感和满足感,感知领导意愿正向影响愉悦感和满足感,学术共同体意识正向影响愉悦感和满足感,知识利用自我效能正向影响愉悦感和满足感。愉悦感和满足感正向影响知识利用意愿。知识利用意愿正向影响知识利用行为。 Based on the basic psychological needs theory, the intrinsic motivation of researchers' knowledge utilization behavior is analyzed from the aspects ofautonomy, relatedness and competence needs, then research hypothesis and theoretical model are proposed. Furthermore, the researchers' citation behavior which belongs to the typical knowledge utilization behavior as an empirical example, and by using situational experiment and questionnaire survey, this research obtains 552 valid questionnaires. After that, SmartPLS2.0 are applied to test hypotheses and model. The results show that task importance positively impacts on enjoyment and satisfaction. Perceived leadership promotes enjoyment and satisfaction. Consciousness of the academic community promotes enjoyment and satisfaction. Knowledge utilization self-efficacy positively impacts on enjoyment and satisfaction. Enjoyment and satisfaction positively impact on knowledge utilization intention. Knowledge utilization intention has a positive effect on knowledge utilization behavior.
