摘要
高膨胀比汽油机作为降低汽油机油耗的技术方向之一,其可通过VCR或VVT技术实现阿特金森/米勒循环,在提高发动机热效率方面效果显著。但VCR技术应用尚不成熟,LIVC则存在进气回流、燃烧与排放控制方面的问题。同时总结了EGR与高膨胀比循环相结合优化汽油机工作过程的研究成果,并论述了EGR在汽油机节能减排方面的最新进展,提出了基于EGR稀释的高膨胀比汽油机高效清洁燃烧的技术路线。
The high expansion ratio gasoline engine has become one of the technical trend to reduce fuel consumption, and it can realize Atkinson/Miller cycle through VCR or VVT technology, which has obvious effects in improving the engine thermal efficiency, but the VCR technology application is not yet mature, LIVC has shortcomings of back flow, combustion and emission control problems. The study for gasoline engine combustion optimization by EGR combined with high expansion ratio cycle were summarized, the latest progress of energy saving and emission reduction with EGR in gasoline engine was discussed, the technology t'oadmap of the high efficient clean combustion of high expansion ratio gasoline engine based on EGR dilution was proposed.
