奥氮平治疗精神病患者的临床疗效及对PANSS评分的影响

Curative effect of olanzapine in psychiatric patients and its influence on PANSS score

目的:探讨奥氮平治疗精神病患者的临床疗效及对阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分的影响。方法:选取某院收治的精神病患者90例,按随机数字法分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=45)。对照组采用氯氮平治疗,观察组采用奥氮平治疗,使用阳性、阴性症状量表评分表对2组治疗前、后不同时间点症状情况进行评估,比较2组临床治疗效果及对PANSS评分的影响。结果:观察组疗效率为93.33%与对照组80.00%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1个月,2个月PANSS评分,均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后2个月药物不良反应发生率为4.44%,低于对照组20.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥氮平与氯氮平用于精神病患者中均能改善患者症状,但是奥氮平安全性更高,有助于改善患者PANSS评分,值得推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of olanzapine in psychiatric patients and its influence on PANSS score.Methods： A total of 90 patients with mental disorders were randomly divided into a control group（ n = 45） and an observation group（ n= 45）. The control group adopted clozapine treatment while the observation group were treated with olanzapine. The positive and negative symptoms scale score（ PANSS） was used to evaluate the symptoms of the two groups at different time points before and after the treatment. Comparison between the two groups was also conducted in terms of clinical curative effect and the impact on the PANSS score. Results： The curative effect of observation group was 93. 33% and 80% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. The PANSS score of the observation group after one and two months＇ treatment was lower than that of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The incidence rate of drug adverse reaction of the observation group after two months＇ treatment was 4. 44%,lower than that of the control group＇s 20%（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Olanzapine and clozapine can both improve the symptoms in patients with mental illness,but olanzapine is safer and is conducive to the improvement of PANSS score. It is worthy of popularization and application.
