丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉对急性胆囊炎患者术中血流动力学及术后自主呼吸恢复的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉对急性胆囊炎(AC)患者术中血流动力学及术后自主呼吸恢复的影响。方法:选取某院96例AC患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,每组各48例。2组均行腹腔镜胆囊切除术,对照组予以丙泊酚复合芬太尼,观察组予以丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼。统计对比2组术中血流动力学指标(HR,SBP,DBP)、自主呼吸恢复时间、睁眼时间、拔管时间。结果:气管插管后1 min(T0),气腹前(T1)2组患者DBP,SBP,HR比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),气腹后10 min(T2),拔管时(T3)观察组DBP,SBP,HR波动幅度较小,且水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组拔管时间、睁眼时间、自主呼吸恢复时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉可缩短AC患者拔管时间、睁眼时间、自主呼吸恢复时间,维持术中血流动力学稳定。
