摘要
对背负式和浮动式切边整形复合模从结构和工作过程进行了分析和比较,根据两者的优缺点提出刃口一体式切边整形复合模,经研究表明:3种形式只能适用于特定的场合,在设计初期拟定切边整形复合模方案时,需要根据零件特点和精度合理选择。采用合理的切边整形复合模不仅能减少企业生产费用,而且符合低碳环保汽车发展规划。
The structure and working process of the trimming-sizing composite die with knap- sack type and floating type were analyzed and compared. Then the composite die with inte- gral edge was designed by summarizing their strength and weakness. The results showed that in the early design, the trimming-sizing composite die should be reasonable choose ac- cording to the requirement of the characteristic and accuracy for the parts. It could not on- ly reduce the cost of the production, but also meet the development project of the low-car- bon green manufacturing for the automobile.
