汽车安全玻璃的嵌装式安装托架注射工艺研究

摘要 针对传统汽车安全玻璃安装托架成型工艺存在的不足,采用玻璃脆性嵌件一体化注射成型安装托架的方法。在安全玻璃的嵌装式托架注射模设计中,采用Pro/E和Moldflow相结合的方法,在不同浇口位置方案下对熔体填充和塑件翘曲变形进行模拟分析,确定浇口的最佳位置设计方案,进行模具设计和试制,并测试塑件的成型精度及粘结强度。利用Moldflow分析得出在不同浇口位置下,安装托架注射成型中缺陷出现的位置,并分析其产生的原因。经实际试制塑件平均飞边厚度为0.1 mm,塑件精度较高,粘结强度为250~380 N,可为实际生产提供依据。 In order to improve the traditional production process of the installation brackets for the automobile safety glass, the installation brackets were injection by using integration glass brittle inserts. And the filling and warpage of different gate design were analyzed by combining the Pro/E and Moldflow software. Then the optimal gate design was assured and the mould was designed, and the adhesion strength and accuracy of the plastics were tested. The positions of defects under different gates were found by using Moldflow software, and the reasons were analyzed. At last the accuracy of the plastics was high with the burr thick reduced to 0.1 nun, and the adhesion strength was 250 N to 380 N.
