摘要 以陕西省延长石油科研中心大厦超限高层项目为工程背景,基于施工阶段叠加法的分析原理,同时考虑混凝土材料收缩徐变特性、混凝土核心筒配筋率的影响以及伸臂桁架延迟连接措施,运用MIDAS/Gen软件对该项目进行施工过程模拟,计算分析塔楼竣工时刻结构的竖向变形和次结构(如伸臂桁架)的附加应力,并通过简单的理论公式推导得出结构竖向构件预找平计算方法,在此基础上,求出结构竖向构件预找平值,为施工方确定构件下料长度提供参考,弥补构件变形,尽可能使结构在竣工后满足设计要求。 Based on the super high-rise building of Yanchang Petroleum Scientific Research Center located in Shaanxi Province,software MIDAS/Gen was used to conduct the construction process simulation on the project based on the construction stage superposition method,considering shrinkage and creep of concrete,reinforcement ratio of the concrete corewall and measures that delaying connection of outriggers. The vertical deformation of the tower at the moment of completion and the additional stress of the secondary structure( such as the outriggers) were calculated and analyzed.Simple theoretical formula was used to derive pre-leveling calculation method of vertical components. On this basis,pre-leveling value of the vertical structural component was calculated,which provide references for the construction party to determine the component blanking length to make up for the deformation of the component and to make the structure meet the design requirements after completion as far as possible.
