摘要 国内核电厂主控室一直使用纸质运行程序作为运行操作的依据和记录。岭澳核电厂二期工程采用数字化控制系统,开发用于主控室的数字化运行程序,将运行程序集成到西门子OM690主控室系统中。在数字化运行程序研发设计中,避免数字化运行程序和工艺监控画面的直接联系(模块化/简单化),运行程序界面采用框架式结构(运行人员熟悉的界面),运行操纵人员可在各种运行工况下对运行操作程序提出修改要求,也可以离线更新数字化运行程序的内容(容错/纠错性)。为后续数字化运行程序的开发和设计提供借鉴。 Paper-based Procedures were the means for operating in all the Nuclear Power Plants before LingAo Phase II Computerized Operating Procedures were put in service. Based on the digital Control Systems, Computerized Operating Procedures are developed and integrated into Simens' OM690 in LingAo Phase II nuclear Project. Three design criteria are applied as modularization/simplification, well-informed by operating staffs, and robust/renewable in the duration of development and design, so that the operating staffs are familiar with the framed structure appearance as paper-based procedure without frequent change-over between procedure and process displays. And any staff can request to update any procedure in any operating situation.
