摘要
以编号为A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J的10份藤椒油为评定对象,选择色泽、气味、滋味、组织形态等因素进行感官综合评定,并进行合理的权重向量设置。结果表明:用模糊数学法能准确区分出这10份藤椒油的感官评定等级,即评定等级按降幂排序为:C>G>A>D>B>E>J>I>H>F。
With 10 numbered Zanthoxylum schini folium et Zucc oils of A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J as the evaluation objects, select the color, smell, taste, texture for sensory evaluation, and make a reasonable weight vector setting. The results show that fuzzy mathematics method can accurately distinguish the sensory evaluation levels of 10 Zanthoxylum schini folium et Zucc oils, the rating level by the lower power is. C〉G〉A〉D〉B〉E〉J〉 I〉 H〉F.
