摘要
目的:研究白芝麻油的掺假情况。方法:首先采用紫外分光光度法测定芝麻油中是否掺入菜籽油,掺入的比例是多少;其次,采用沉淀法测定芝麻油中是否掺入花生油,以及其掺入的比例是多少;最后采用石油醚浓硫酸显色法检测芝麻油中掺入大豆油的情况。结论:所选用的几种白芝麻油都不同程度地存在掺入花生油、菜籽油、大豆油;其中,欣澄芝麻油中掺入其他油的比例最高,芝麻油的含量也最低,因此,对于市售的其他芝麻油是否掺伪,有进一步的研究价值与意义。
Objective: Study the adulteration of white sesame oil. Method. First of all, use ultraviolet spectrophotometry to determine whether the sesame oil is mixed with rapeseed oil or not and the proportion. Secondly, use the precipitation method to determine whether the sesame oil is mixed with peanut oil or not and the proportion. Finally, the soybean oil in sesame oil is detected with petroleum ether concentrated sulfuric acid. Conclusion: The various kinds of selected white sesame oil are mixed with peanut oil, rapeseed oil and soybean oil. Xincheng sesame oil is mixed with the highest proportion of other oils, the sesame oil content is also the lowest. Therefore, whether the commercially available other sesame oils are adulterated or not, there is further research value and significance.
