弱经济价值非物质文化遗产保护刍议——以福建省非物质文化遗产保护为例

On the Protection of “Weak Economic Value Intangible Cultural Heritage”:A Case Study of Fujian

弱经济价值非物质文化遗产,因其欠缺产业化开发的条件,导致对其多重价值认知不足,对其保护过程中存在一些阻碍因素和不利条件,主要表现在:保护措施的"流程化"、保护工作重点的偏误、欠缺对文化遗产多元价值的自觉维护、传承人身份认知及现实处境的矛盾。应该从政策制定者、文化保护者、文化研究者、传承人及社会大众等多方面共同努力,有针对性地研究相应对策,尤其应加强对新媒体传播、数字化留存、资源产权等创新手段的应用。

Owing to the lack of conditions for its industrialization development, weak economic value intangible cultural heritage results in inadequate understanding of its multi-dimensional values, which in turn leads to some obstacles and adverse effects in its protection process. These are mainly manifested as the ＂process＂ of protection measures, errors in the focal points of protection, the lack of preservation consciousness of the multiple values of cultural heritage, the contradictions between inheritor＇s identity and the actual situation. In this regard, concerted efforts are needed from all parties including policy-makers, culture protectors, researchers, inheritors and the public to work out targeted measures, particularly highlighting the application of innovative means such as new media dissemination, digital preservation and resource property rights.
