猪粪及稻草厌氧消化产沼气中试研究

摘要 对猪粪和稻草进行全混厌氧消化中试研究。实验结果表明:物料经过两级全混厌氧消化系统处理25 d,原料产气率达到400 m^3/t VS以上,物料固含量为10%~15%,稳定运行阶段日产气量达到436.87 m^3/d,出料沼液SCOD值低于2 000 mg/L,氨氮低于550 mg/L,有机质去除率达到45%以上,固含量下降40%~50%,反应器有机负荷为5 kg VS/(m^3·d)~12 kg VS/(m^3·d)。 Pilot scale test of complete mixing anaerobic digestion was performed on manures and straw. The outcomes showed that gas production rate reached 400 m^3/t VS and above, the solid content of raw materials is between 10%-15%, every steady gas production rate was 436.87 m^3/d, the SCOD of outcome materials is below 2 000mg/L, ammonia nitrogen is less than 550 rag/L, removal rate of organic matter is more than 45%, solid content decreases to 40%-50%, and the mechanic load is 5 kg VS/(m^3·d)- 12 kg VS/(m^3·d) under the conditions of 25 days.
