结合惠民电解铝厂厂区采暖换热站工程设计实例,介绍换热站设备选型计算方法和选型原则,同时对水泵的选型计算、补水处理提出了处理方法。可为工业采暖换热站的可行性研究、初步设计和施工图设计提供参考。

Through introducing the engineering design of a heat exchange station in Huimin Electrolytic Aluminum Plant, this paper illustrated the type-selection computing methods and principles of heat exchange equipment and proposed the type-selection computing methods and water-filling approaches for water pumps, which can be used as a reference in the feasibility study, preliminary design and constructional drawing design of industrial heat exchange stations.
