摘要
南煤集团南庄矿回采3个月后工作面推进至煤质松软、顶板破碎地带,且工作面构造多,造成工作面回采过程中支架拉移困难。通过制定加注煤岩体加固剂、片帮顶板维护技术、冒顶顶板管理、施工工艺、安全技术等综合顶板管理技术,解决了工作面支架拉移困难的问题,保证工作面安全高效开采。
After Mining in Nanzhuang Coal Mine of Yangquan Nanmei Group for 3 months, the working face has entered the area with soft coal, broken roof and multiple structures, making it difficult to pull the support in the backstoping process at the working face. This paper introduced the integrated roof management technology including filling reinforcing agent on coal and rock, side and roof maintenance technology, roof caving management, construction technology and safety technology, solving the difficult problems in pulling support and ensuring safe and efficient mining at the working face.
