Analysis of Single-phase Opening and Closing Circulation Fault Occurred in LW12-220W Circuit Breaker

断路器是电网中重要的控制保护设备,分析断路器的故障原因对于制定抢修策略、提高抢修效率、保证电网安全具有重要意义。以一起LW12-220W型断路器在运行中发生的故障为研究对象,在分析操动机构具体结构的基础上,对事故发生的原因进行分析,对比三种可采取的预处理措施,并依据实际情况选择了最佳预处理措施。通过对该断路器的故障研究,为类似缺陷的分析及检修维护工作提供借鉴与参考。

Circuit breakers are important control and protection equipments in power grid, so analyzing the cause of circuit breakers failure has an important significance in making repair strategy, improving the repair efficiency and ensuring the safety of power grid. The paper presented one fault that occurred in LW-220W circuit breaker. Based on the analysis of operating mechanism, the paper analyzed the cause of fault, compared three pretreatment measures of which the best one was selected. Through the research on the fault of the circuit breaker, reference suggestions were provided for the analysis of similar defects and maintenance work.
