Quality control of biobank

生物样本库主要负责收集、储存和管理生物样本。高质量生物样本的使用,是转化医学进一步发展的关键因素。为确保有效利用有限而宝贵的样本资源,保证研究结果的准确性、可比性和可重复性,生物样本库的质量控制就显得尤为重要。部分国家已开始重视生物样本库质量控制体系的建立,但迄今为止,国际及国内相关组织尚未形成公认的专门针对生物样本库的国际标准化质量控制体系。文章就生物样本库样本操作流程质量控制、样本质量控制、临床数据质量控制以及质量控制报告等方面进行综述。

The main duty of biobank is collecting, storing and managing biospecimen. The use of high-quality biospecimen is a key factor in the further development of translational medicine. To ensure utilizing limited and precious biospecimen more efficiently, and the accuracy, comparability and repeatability of research consequences, it is important to put a high premium on the quality control of biobank. Some countries have already paid attention to the establishment of the quality control system of biobank, however, the international organizations have not reached an acknowledged consensus so far. This paper briefly reviews the quality control of operating procedure, biospecimen, clinical data and quality control report of the biobank.
