摘要
从大数据环境下读者获取决策所需知识的困扰出发,提出科普期刊应该承担为读者日常决策提供公正、权威、准确知识的责任,进而分析我国科普期刊面临的困境及其原因,并有针对性地提出以知识服务为核心的办刊模式,最后将该模式应用到日常生活中常见的若干决策过程中,用案例说明科普期刊如何基于知识服务进行内容策划。
Firstly, this paper described the helpless situation that readers often face to get the sufficient knowledge supporting their decision-making in spite of big data environment, and suggested Popular Science Periodicals (PSP) is supposed to provide the accurate, authentic and effective knowledge for readers; secondly, with analysis of PSP' s struggling situation and the root cause, the author proposed the business model focus on knowledge service; at last, it applied this model to some decision making cases in our daily life and demonstrated how PSP can plan their content based on knowledge service.
