摘要
作为促进教师专业发展的有效途径,行动学习可以克服当前教师在职学习中的诸多弊端,提升教师的反思意识、批判精神和合作能力。研究以CNKI中收录的我国教师行动学习研究的68篇文献为样本,从文献数量及载体、研究对象来源、研究团队构成、研究内容分布、研究方法使用等方面分析了当前我国教师行动学习研究的现状与问题,据此对国内教师行动学习的发展趋势进行了预测。
As an effective way to promote teachers' professional development, action learning can overcome many defects in teachers' in-service learning. Meanwhile, it can increase teachers' reflective awareness, critical thinking and cooperative competency to a large extent. This essay, taking 68 articles concerning teachers' action learning as the sample, intends to analyze the present research status and problems on this topic.To achieve this goal, the essay summarizes the quantity and origins of these articles, their research targets, researchers' affiliations, research content as well as the adopted research methods. Finally, the research trend in the area of teachers' action learning in China is to be predicted based on the above analysis.
